Surrounded by Cedar Child & Family Services is an Indigenous-led organization that supports urban Indigenous children, youth, and families through culturally grounded child and family services. For children and youth who are in foster care, have care experience, or are connected to the child welfare system, Surrounded by Cedar provides guardianship, permanency planning, caregiver support, cultural connections, and programs that help young people stay connected to their families, communities, and Indigenous identities. Their work is guided by Indigenous values and a commitment to ensuring children and youth grow up with a strong sense of belonging, culture, and support.

Hulitan Family & Community Services Society is an Indigenous-led organization based in Victoria that supports Indigenous children, youth, and families involved in or connected to the child welfare system. Their work focuses on keeping children connected to their culture, community, and identity while providing safe, supportive, and culturally grounded care. For children and youth in foster care or receiving services through the system, Hulitan offers family support, cultural programming, advocacy, and wraparound services that prioritize healing, belonging, and long-term wellbeing through Indigenous values and teachings.

NIȽ TU,O Child & Family Services Society is a Coast Salish–led Delegated Aboriginal Agency that provides culturally grounded child and family services for Coast Salish children, youth, and families connected to the child welfare system. Working in partnership with seven South Island Coast Salish Nations, NIȽ TU,O delivers supports that focus on keeping children safely connected to their families, communities, and cultural identity. For children and youth in foster care or receiving services through the system, NIȽ TU,O provides guardianship, family reunification supports, caregiver recruitment and training, and long-term planning rooted in Coast Salish teachings and values. Their approach prioritizes cultural safety, community connection, and the wellbeing of children within their own Nations whenever possible.
