“Inspired by Diversity. Embrace the Past, Look to the Future”

Created by Dutch Dick from the Songhees Nation, this artwork represents the Indigenous Education Department of Greater Victoria School District No. 61 and its commitment to supporting the diversity of Indigenous Peoples within the district. The design reflects all Indigenous Peoples – First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities – and incorporates elements of the four houses. This logo symbolizes inclusivity, connection, and respect for all Indigenous learners, families, and communities.
